The Pavilion/Shelter area is available on a first come, first served basis. Please call 740-374-9396 to check availability.
There is no charge to nonprofit organizations, but a refundable deposit of $25 is required. The deposit will be returned if the conditions below have been met.
The rental fee for all other groups is $100 per day, payable in advance.
Conditions: Shelter must be cleaned, all trash must be placed in the dumpster, all decorations or other items must be removed, any fires must be extinguished before leaving the grounds. Please do not tape, nail or otherwise fasten decorations or materials to drywall. Inflatable toys such as bounce houses may be permitted but only if a legitimate copy of the owner’s or rental company’s liability insurance is provided in advance. The Broughton Foundation is not responsible for accidents.
The Park is open dawn to dusk. Water, electric and ADA-compliant portable toilets are provided. Camping and some other activities may be permitted upon request. All park policies apply. Download a PDF version of the form.
The Area is developed, managed, and maintained by The Broughton Foundation for public enjoyment, recreation, and study.
