Restoration Workday: Saturday, Dec 9, 1-4 PM, GWB Complex #1

Dear friends of the Broughton Nature Preserve,

This Saturday, we will begin brush cutting again along the Blue Trail.

The weather looks perfect for cutting invasive brush–winter is the best time to do invasive brush removal since wildlife and native plants are dormant or underground!

Let’s meet at the far end of GWB Complex #1 (see map below). We will provide tools, gloves, snacks, and good company.

A great way to get your nature fix at this time of year–the work will warm both your body and spirit!
