ER Workday Sun, Apr 9, 2-5 PM

Dear Friends,

We will have a workday this Sunday at the usual meeting spot–the parking area above the GWB Complex #3 (see directions below).

We have now cleared out almost all around the upper pond–it looks dramatically different without all of the invasives surrounding it.  Come check it out.

We will continue to work in this area (along the Red Trail).  Come dressed for the weather.  Spring is arriving.  We always spend time exploring the natural world as we do our work–learning about the plants and critters waking up.

As always, we will provide snacks, tools, and good company.

Cheers!

Directions to GWB Complex #3:

  1. Enter the GWB Complex #3 off State Route 821.  It is the complex nearest the entrance/exit off of Interstate 77.
  2. Go up the hill to the first set of buildings.  Turn left.
  3. Proceed all the way to the end of these buildings.  Before you head down to the pond, turn right, and go all the way up the hill.  The road will take you past all of the buildings.  The road up the hill is a gravel road.
  4. Parking is on top of this hill.
